MEET BARBI

I became a realtor looking to make connections with new people and helping them to feel more confident as they make some of the bigger decisions in their lives. My background in the legal field, as both municipal judge and court reporter, enables me to understand and explain the paperwork involved with buying and selling homes. Writing accurate offers and listing contracts is paramount in successful transactions. My background as a college instructor also ensures that my clients understand exactly every step of the process.

My experience has been varied, selling lake homes, vacant land, dream homes and starter homes! My goal, whether on the listing or selling side, is to research everything I can about the home, the property and the location. With the various nuances to every property, having someone who knows how to ask the right questions and get accurate answers is important. I make that a top priority with everyone I work with.

On a personal side, being a wife, mother, grandmother and fur baby mom, being available and having open communication helps me to give my clients reassurance that I’m listening and representing them as their realtor. I also want my clients to enjoy the experience that can certainly be a stressful event in their life. I have bought and sold property in the past without a realtor, and now understand the value a realtor brings to the table.
